These are the general conditions of Clubbyclub. KvK nr 30192999, located in Utrecht (The Netherlands) VAT number (NL 8127.67.949.B01) – that apply to the service of Clubbyclub entitled Clubbyclub.
The service of Clubbyclub is available via the website www.clubbyclub.com to make it possible for groups of friends to communicate in a quick and safe manner. Being a visitor or member of Clubbyclub you agree with the users conditions below either by visiting the website, or using it, or register as a member.
Clubbyclub has the right to adjust these conditions at any moment, without notifying members. The most recent conditions can be consulted at the website of Clubbyclub or Clubbyclub domains with another extensions. If you decide to use Clubbyclub after one of more adjustments, this means that you accept the adjustment(s).
Membership
By subscribing yourself at Clubbyclub you state that the submitted personal details are correct, accurate and honest. You have the legal ability to come to an agreement like this. By subscribing you give Clubbyclub permission to store data and use this in connection with the managing of an account. You yourself are responsible for all consequences of the use of your account by third parties.
All members are responsible for the consequences of the use of the website. Clubbyclub can stop the service without giving notice at any given moment, block the membership or remove the membership.
In case of a conflict with one or more members or third parties, you will safeguard against all claims and compensations, recent of future and of any kind, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown, that are related to the conflict.
You are able to cancel your account at any given moment. You can do this via the control panel.
Profile data, reactions, pictures and other public data.
All data being made public has to be legal and legitimate. You acknowledge this definition explicitely and you are responsible for your published data, texts and images, concerning both civil as criminal law. Published data can not interfere with copyright, patents, trade mark right, trade secret or any other ownerships- intellectual- privacy- personal or publicity rights of a third party. The public data may not be misleading, threatening, defamatory, insulting or offending.
License
Clubbyclub gives you a restricted, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-heritable right to use the provided files and software. It is explicitly not allowed to copy or imitate files, data and/or material.
Complaint procedure
As soon as you notice harmful or illegal data on the website, we request you to notify us at helpdesk@clubbyclub.com. When your complaint is legitimate, we will take measures, definite and non-negotiable (removal of texts, files, information or data)

You are not allowed to use this website in a way that is contrary to the standard use of the Internet, for any illegitimate purpose or any purpose that is in contrary to the in this text stated conditions or in contrary with other warnings or conditions. You need to use this website and al its parts as a normal, careful and reasonable human being.

Disagreements
The Dutch legal system applies to these conditions. Every disagreement between parties concerning these conditions are presented to an authorized judge in Utrecht.
